The best blue-haired landlord in the business, Aoi is the heir to the Sakuraba conglomerate. Due to this she has to keep her relationship with her resident – Kaoru-Sama – a secret. Despite only being eighteen years old, Aoi is one of the more intelligent blueheads and the others in this chart could learn from her. She is very cute and is one of the only girls to describe her hair as ‘natural blue’. Ok it does look slightly purple but could argue with such a cute girl? 4. Captain Yurika (Martian Successor Nadesico)
Naïve, determined, cute and quite ditzy – what better skills to run a spaceship. Yep, the lovesick Captain of the best spaceship in the galaxy blasts in at number four. Yurika stands out as the most likeable character in Nadesico, which is quite a feat as all the characters in Nadesico are very likeable. It must be the blue hair that does it. 3. Hiroe Ogawa (F3: Frantic, Frustrated & Female!)
Another cute naïve character, Hiroe is frustrated due to her inability to climax, frantic because she’ll go to any lengths (with anything) to achieve it and female is self-explanatory. Hiroe is one of my favourite 'blueies' due to a trait common with them - determination. Yes, I certainly enjoy watching her acts of sheer determination. 2. Shampoo (Ranma ½)
Shampoo is a character which perfectly represents the cute naivety common with blueheads. She often falls for Ranma’s stupid schemes, foolishly thinking that he will return her love for him. Shampoo is the most likeable character in Ranma ½ due to her cute nature, awesome martial-art skill and ability to turn into a cat. 1. Rei Ayanami (Neon Genesis Evangelion)

in animé, Rei is also one of the most confusing. What is she? Where did she come
